I provide Individual, Family, Group, ADHD and Grief & Recovery Counseling. I also conduct workshops on several topics such as Grief & Recovery, Co-parenting and Direct Thinking for Women. Some of the most common issues I treat are depression, anxiety, relationship problems, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, low self-esteem, abuse, and trauma. I am a client-centered, strength-based private practice. I exercise several forms of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Solution-Focused Theory. Consider giving me a call to schedule your first appointment. In that meeting, I will complete a thorough assessment of your needs. If we decide that individual therapy could be of help, we will then schedule your first therapy appointment, at a time that is convenient for you. I offer weekday evenings (by appointment only) and Saturday mornings and afternoons (by appointment only) to accommodate busy schedules.

I offer several workshops; some that are reoccurring and some that are offered during the summer only. Workshops give you the benefit of concentrating on one subject at a time.
